Pierre Jeanneret Chair

This is a reproduction of furniture designed by Pierre Jeanneret. This low chair has been reinvented from a 1950 design for the modern age. The style was once hugely popular in private homes, hotels, and senior administrative buildings in Chandigarh, India. This solid walnut Kangourou chair features can work on the backrest and seat. The slightly curved legs continue on into the backrest giving this piece a beautifully symmetrical horizontal ‘Z’ shaped profile. The furniture is handcrafted by skilled craftsmen in Morocco.
